2012 - Bishopswood Sport Ground is acquired by Rotherfield United Football Club. The woodland remains the property of Bishopswood Pavilion Limited
2007 - Bishopswood is sold by South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) to Bishopswood Pavilion Limited following a sealed bid process. This process brought to an end public ownership of the land.
